Giving time to ourselves for our breath to deepen, senses to open, to feel the ground beneath our feet, and awaken to the living world about us. Meet to begin the walk from Exceat Car Park, (behind the visitor Centre), Litlington Road, Friston Forest, BN25 4AD. Please note there is a car park charge of £3. The No. 12 bus stop is close by.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy and additional information: If you wish to join a course after the start date this is possible provided there are spaces available - the course fee for late booking will be pro-rata. Please get in touch if you want to check this out. If the course is full I will have a reserve list - again please get in touch. When you make a booking please note courses are non-refundable once the course has commenced. If you wish to cancel your place on a course prior to the commencement date please give as much notice as possible in order for me to be able to offer the place to someone else who on the waiting list. Missed classes are not refundable. It may be possible, on occasion to make up for a missed class in an alternative session but this will be subject to availability and teacher discretion. The terms for cancelling a Personal Tuition session are 24 hours. Cancellations of less than 24 hours and no-shows will be charged at full price of the session. If a class you are interested in is full please get in touch so I can put your name on the class reserve list and let you know when a place is available. Thank you.
