Description
Suitable for Pilates newcomers, returners and improvers. Learn how Pilates can strengthen and tone your body, stretch out tight spots, find some head space and create focus, to help make living in your body feel better. WHAT TO BRING TO THE CLASS: - bring your own mat - a folded towel, cushion or a block to use as a headrest and prop during the floor work. ABOUT PAYMENT & IF YOU ARE JOINING AFTER THE TERM HAS STARTED: Book online to reserve your spot in the class. Pay online or in person at your first session. Class credits apply only for those affected by class cancellations in the Sept-Oct term. Booking is for the term but newcomers are welcome to try out a session. If you are joining part-way through the term please get in touch for booking/payment details. Please note price includes a £3 processing fee. Places are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy and additional information: If you wish to join a course after the start date this is possible provided there are spaces available - the course fee for late booking will be pro-rata. Please get in touch if you want to check this out. If the course is full I will have a reserve list - again please get in touch. When you make a booking please note courses are non-refundable once the course has commenced. If you wish to cancel your place on a course prior to the commencement date please give as much notice as possible in order for me to be able to offer the place to someone else who on the waiting list. Missed classes are not refundable. It may be possible, on occasion to make up for a missed class in an alternative session but this will be subject to availability and teacher discretion. The terms for cancelling a Personal Tuition session are 24 hours. Cancellations of less than 24 hours and no-shows will be charged at full price of the session. If a class you are interested in is full please get in touch so I can put your name on the class reserve list and let you know when a place is available. Thank you.
